I am having trouble installing a plug-in

Check the zip file, there should be a “How To Install” PDF document in there. If the plug-in is not installing the normal way, you may have to install it using the AEScripts Installer or manually via the “Steps to Manually Install” section in the document.

If you are getting a connection error, it may be a firewall, ad blocker, or VPN that is blocking the connection. Some users that are running versions of Photoshop that may not be legitimate have had issues as some of those versions apparently block all outgoing connections. Others have not had any issues, or were able to solve the issue by locating and installing a different version of Photoshop.
