Halftones convert soft transparency fades and shadows into a pattern of solid dots. This is important for DTF because semi-transparent pixels don’t print properly — the adhesive powder clings to them and leaves a cloudy white haze. By turning those problem areas into clean halftone dots, your designs print sharper, smoother, and without haze.

Traditional Photoshop workflows for adding halftones require multiple steps (duplicating, grayscale conversion, adjusting levels, bitmap conversion) and lots of trial-and-error. With this plugin, you can adjust halftone settings in real time and see immediate results — no redoing filters, copying & pasting masks, etc. Just simple and easy artwork prep.
